Happy Friday, sweet friends!

I’d love for you to hop around & look at all of the talent amongst these amazing women and to gain inspiration for your home this fall! Recently I have really been getting into the spirit of fall & I’ve even been picking out some cozy fall items for you guys (here & here!)! Today I get to show you all my simple & cozy fall patio! I have been dying to redo this space since we moved in!

Here it is, friends……our new patio space!

Gorgeous fall porch in an apartment with bistro style chairs, mums, fiddle leaf fig, wreath, and a neutral outdoor rug.

My main goal with this new space of ours was to bring the coziness of the indoors outside! Since we live in an apartment, we don’t have a ton of living space to work with & I really wanted to make this space an ‘extension’ of our living area! Now that this space is finished, I’m kicking myself that I didn’t redo it sooner because it has been such a blessing!

When thinking about this space, I really wanted to keep the colors neutral, but fall-ish. Whatever that means lol  I tried to go with colors that could easily be switched up season to season! And if you’ve seen other spaces in our apartment, you know that I love neutrals with pops of colors!

I first started the decorating process with making a list of the items I felt were needed to create this tiny dream space of mine. Here is the list I created before heading out to find these items:

  • Indoor/Outdoor Rug
  • Pretty Bistro Chairs
  • Bistro Table
  • Planters/Pots
  • Mums
  • Wreath/Decor
  • Bulb Lights
  • Extra Plants/Greenery

I set out on my adventure at Target nonetheless! lol! and thankfully, I started shopping at the perfect time to grab clearance outdoor furniture! I got these french bistro chairs for 50% off (here is a similar version of the chairs)!!!  As soon as I laid eyes on these chairs in the spring, I knew I needed them! I was just hard-headed enough to wait until I could save about $75 on them combined! Sometimes chairs can be so expensive, so I was ecstatic to find this deal! Keep your eye out for these deals – some other good places to look are World Market, Wayfair, & Crate & Barrel.

Something that I love doing out on our new patio/porch is drinking coffee in the mornings! It is just so peaceful and the perfect place to relax!

I got our bistro table on sale at Crate & Barrel for $17 and the planter for $13! If you really scrounge the internet for deals, you can definitely find them! I chose to go with neutral options for both of these to be able to easily use them throughout the year!

Now the rug – that was SUCH a good buy! I got this 5 x 7 Antique Vintage Rug on sale for $60! It is technically an indoor rug, but it was perfect for the space and we will leave it out probably through winter! I just try to take it inside when I know it’s going to storm, so it works! I’m really loving this outdoor rug from Wayfair.

This is the majority of what it took me to completely put together this space! And let me tell you, it has been SO worth it! My biggest tips would be look for sales and go for neutral options! You are going to find the best things when you’re focusing on this!
