It’s Monday and you know what makes this Monday a little bit better? Getting to share our Spring Boho Inspired Master Bedroom makeover with YOU!! I’ve been piecing this room together bit by bit for the past few weeks now and I am sooo excited to finally show you guys how I decorated the space! And explain + talk about a few of the pieces that I’m loving 🙂

So recently, I’ve actually made a pretty big shift in my design decision – if you follow me on Instagram, you’ll definitely be able to tell 🙂 when N & I got married I was super into the farmhouse decor scene, which is what literally almost everyone was doing, so it was easy to find decor! But over the last year, I’ve really just kind of let my eye tell me what I love, what would make our home cozy, and what’s going to be original & unique to me. I started noticing that I am really drawn to texture, greenery, and creamy colors and to be honest, I have never loved our home more (Nathan actually loves it too)!
THE SPACE
Here it is, friends! EEK!! How cozy is this?! I’m so excited!!! It’s definitely perfect for late Spring / Summer! Some of the specific decor pieces that made this happen were the art prints, rattan lamp, fringe pillow, macrame plant hanger, and the plant stand/nightstand! I tried to find things that were different, yet all cohesive!
PLANTS
First, one thing I was pretty set on doing in this space was making sure to add plants! Nathan & I have really been getting into taking care of & learning more about plants – they are so interesting! You can read about 5 Things I’ve Learned from Having Houseplants & what types of plants we have { here }. In this corner is a fiddle leaf fig, a monstera, pothos, and a couple of peperomias! I kind of love waking up to them being right there lol! It’s just a fun little addition to this space.
ART
Next, the art is something that I fell in LOVE with awhile ago! I found that people call these abstract rainbows a ‘mid-century’ modern rainbow – kind of fun! These prints are from this Etsy shop that creates all types of gorgeous prints. These two caught my eye and I probably could have added a third! I also fell in love with this mini macrame rainbow – so cute & only $6! It would be really cute in an office space or nursery too!
RATTAN
Lastly, I’ve really been loving texture lately, so I added this gorgeous rattan lamp to our bedroom – it has a controller on it, so you can adjust the lighting! It’s perfect and added such a nice touch to the entire space. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
