Fall Old Navy Try-On & Planning My Fall Capsule Wardrobe

Can you even believe that Fall is literally right around the corner??? Even all of the stores are starting to put out their fall clothing, snacks, and CANDLES (which I’m really not mad about lol)! Side not: this Capri Blue Pumpkin Clove candle is to die for, serious SO GOOD!

I stopped in Old Navy the other day to see what they had going on for Fall clothes and I tried on a couple of things that I loved! These few things would great pieces to transition into fall and perfect for a capsule wardrobe, which I will talk a little bit more about in the post!

*you can shop the pieces I found with my affiliate links below – I make a very small commission from these links & get to do what I love because of YOU!

The first piece I tried on was this cute & simple denim jumpsuit! I love the v-neck detail & the tie around the waste! It could be super cute paired with a cardigan and some booties for fall or sandals and jewelry for summer! It was a tad bit big, so I would size down – I’m wearing a Small & I’m 5’4″, but I would size down to an XS!

This wrap dress is SO CUTE and flattering!!! In person it really is so pretty too – the color is perfect for fall! And also, perfect for all different occasions. The dress could be dressed up for a wedding or just a casual Sunday at church and a date night! I tried a size Small and it was perfect!

Next, I tried on a little activewear & LOVED it – these bike shorts were so comfy and I loved this peach colored workout tank! These are things I need, but don’t always remember! Sometimes it’s nice to have nice-looking and comfy workout clothes instead of old, raggedy tees and shorts from high school lol! Old Navy has some great, budget-friendly options 🙂

PLANNING MY ’19 FALL CAPSULE WARDROBE

This year, instead of randomly buying Fall clothes when I see them on clearance, I’ve decided to do a fall capsule wardrobe! Have you guys ever heard of a capsule wardrobe? I’m going to explain a little about it below & why I decided to do this:

SAVE TIME: you can easily save time picking out your outfits, instead of sifting through piles of clothes that you don’t love!

SAVE MONEY: save money on replacing the poor quality items you buy randomly because they are cheap or on sale!

STRESS LESS: stress less about putting outfits together & having pieces for different occasions.

CREATE MORE SPACE: literally create more space in your closet and get rid of some of your older clothes!

SOME FALL PIECES I’M EYEING

I’m trying to find a good mixture of staple pieces & trendy pieces! I’m really loving a bunch of things from Luca & Grae, Princess Polly, and a couple things from Amazon. Anthropologie has some super cute accessories I have been eyeing!

I will definitely be doing a full post my capsule wardrobe for fall and more info about doing one yourself! Keep watching for details and head over to my Instagram to watch daily life 🙂
