Happy FRIYAY, friends!  Man, has it been a whirlwind of a week.  My husband & I got back to Houston from our short (but very needed) trip back home to Nebraska, it’s our first week with the new puppy (he’s doing great, you can keep up with him on my Instagram page if ya want ;)), and the hubs and I have BOTH come down with a cold/sinus/achy thing….definitely feeling the craziness of the holiday season already.  Before the craziness

With the Holiday season of Thanksgiving & Christmas comes those feelings of joy and excitement for the new year ahead – the cherished times we get to spend with family & praising our amazing God, “for unto us a Child is born!”.  The first few things I think of when I think ‘Holiday Season‘ are Thanksgiving stuffing (lol always food first), big family gatherings, stockings (ugh, my fave), and of course…Christmas decor!!!

There is just something SO magical about preparing your home for the holidays, especially Christmas. This year is extra special for my husband & I because it is our first Christmas as husband & wife! And even though our budget might be tiny, I am ready to be put to the challenge of going all out for our first Christmas! First and foremost, with a super Easy DIY Greenery Wreath I made in a matter of a few minutes – with items I already had!

You will need items to create this super Easy DIY Greenery Wreath :

Greenery Stems

Grapevine Wreath

Tiny Rubberbands

Greenery Stems:  Ok guys, so I bought my greenery stems from Kroger for $4, but I know you can also get them from places like Trader Joe’s as well!  I actually dried mine out before using them, but using them fresh to make the wreath might make it a little easier!  Not only does it look good, it smells good too. 🙂

Grapevine Wreath: These are pretty easy wreaths to find at places like Hobby Lobby or Michaels. Or you can get them on Amazon or a decent price too (here is my exact one –> Grapevine Wreath).  They are usually in the ballpark of $4 or $5!

Tiny Rubberbands: Okay.  You will probably laugh at this one, BUT in my defense, I really just wanted to make a wreath and not have to deal with Houston traffic to get anymore supplies. Lol!  I have used these before and they are super easy to use for wreaths and to HIDE! Literally, you just cover them up with a leaf or a branch and they are hidden away!  piece. of. cake.  And most people have them around their home somewhere!
