Hi friends! Hopping on the blog today because, wow, I found the BEST tutorial this weekend for the chunkiest, coziest arm-knit blanket. I mean, seriously, the best tutorial ever.
But first of all, I want to tell you that I am not a knitter – I don’t think I have ever completely finished knitting something in my entire life. So for me, to finish this arm-knit blanket is a win & that also tells you how easy the tutorial is. I have always wanted to make one, but just have never given it a solid try! Thankful the tutorial I found made this whole arm-knitting thing incredibly easy.
Here are some of the pictures I took of my DIY Chunky Arm-Knit Blanket:
The braided edge is what I LOVE about this blanket. It seriously looks professional and trust me, I am not a professional lol. There are quite a few big holes or spaces throughout the blanket, but that’s just because I didn’t keep the loops tight enough on my arm! My second go-around will be much better!
It just looks SO cozy, especially with a close-up! Right after I made it I curled up with a cup of hot tea & watched a movie with the hubs. Nothing better!

Here is the type of yarn that I used: Yarn Bee Eternal Bliss Yarn – it’s $6.99 per skein and between 4-5 skeins makes a good sized blanket!
Other yarn types that would be great: Zituop Super Chunky Yarn, Premier Yarn – Set of 3
, & Oksale Super Chunky Yarn
!
Finally, here it is – The Best DIY Arm-Knit Blanket Tutorial. This tutorial is by one of my favorite Bloggers & Youtubers – Simply Maggie. She has SO many great Arm-Knitting tutorials & this one is by far the best I have found on an Arm-Knit Blanket. I wish I could say that I totally created this pattern myself, but I am definitely not talented enough with knitting to do one! Now hop on over to her Blog, get your arms warmed up, & make sure you pee before you begin to make yourself one of these gorgeous blankets!
Thanks for stopping in, friends.
