Happy Wednesday, friends!
I’m really trying to be a little more consistent with my blog posts and have atleast 2 readily available for you guys each week (soon – hopefully 3!!) The past couple of days have been a bit crazy as I traveled to Kansas City this past weekend to see two of my closest friends! It was a weekend filled with catching up on life, making sweet new memories, and drinking plenty of mimosas over brunch ;). It was JUST what I needed! (follow me on Instagram to watch my stories & see my travels!) Sometimes you just need those times to escape from the busy-ness of work & life and take a few days to step back & appreciate it all! Today I have something really fun for you – Cozy Fall Must-Haves from Target! But, before I get into it I want to tell you what Nathan & I have been doing the past couple of days! Here we go:
When I got back on Sunday afternoon from KC Nathan & I spent the rest of the day relaxing and catching up on our current fave TV show – Southern Charm. If you haven’t seen Southern Charm yet, you seriously have to start! It’s one of those shows that just totally sucks you in and then you’re completely obsessed lol! We started it 3 weeks ago and we are already almost done with every season – now we’re caught up to real time….SO SAD! Oh well lol time to find a new addicting show to watch!
Something completely new to me this week is that I’m traveling with Nathan!!! (!!!!!) My husband, Nathan, is a sales rep for a company and he travels all over Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota to visit his customers! He is one of the most hard-working individuals I have ever known and this week I am tagging along! Since I work from home most of the time, we were able to make a plan so that we could rent an airbnb AND take our pup along with us! SO fun, right?! Usually I have major anxiety over things like this always thinking ‘how will I get any work done?’, ‘what if i don’t have service?’, ‘what is Calum (our dog) going to do?’ (anyone else a worrier??? lol), but lately I have really been trying to embrace each little opportunity that comes up! I saw this as an opportunity keep my husband company and create some new memories in a new place!
The airbnb: Y’all – I can’t believe that I found this adorable place! I will have all of the details on it at the end of this week! We’re staying in this tiny town in Iowa and I feel like I found a hidden gem. It’s this sweet little white cottage with a fire place and porch overlooking a little forest area! It was dog-friendly, which is a big reason that we rented it! (Rent your airbnb through my link and $40 off your next bnb!!) I seriously cannot wait to show you all more picture of it!

COZY FALL ITEMS FROM TARGET
Fall is approaching SO soon and I thought it would be fun to put together a compilation of Cozy Fall Items from Target! Sometimes it can be hit or miss, but a lot of time you can find some really good treasures. I am really loving all of these different cozy finds, especially for FALL! A lot of our decor is from Target because it’s trendy, afforadable, and good quality. I shop at Target for literally everything – groceries, clothes, cleaning supplies, dog food, bedding, decor, furniture, oh and starbucks when there is one in the store lol 🙂
I really try to find decor that’s neutral, versatile, and can be used for multiple seasons, but some seasons require extra – I think Fall is one of those seasons and finding just the right cozy Fall must-haves is so important!! I love the chunky textures of blankets & pillows, the Fall-colored decor hues, and smells of pumpkin (some of my fave candle smells!!). I’m excited for you guys to sort through and look at what I found!
